A New Year

We had such a fun start to 2015!

Blowing bubbles outside is always a favorite.

Katherine enjoys her mornings with Daddy...
Oh these two...Hudson and Katherine sure do love each other.:)
We always have lots of fun at the Burchett's...:)
Helping clean up at church...
Breakfast out with mama...:)

At the beginning of February, we headed to Breckenridge, CO to ski with our very first Prestoncrest small group.  It was our first vacation sans kiddos, and as hard as it was to leave, we really enjoyed our time!

At the end of our final day, we took one last run with the Boswells, some of our dear friends who now live in Oklahoma.

Such a fun and silly group!  We sure do love and miss these couples!!!

When we returned home, mama was so tired that we went to Costco in our pajamas...and ate dinner there.:)
On Daddy's birthday, he took the day off work and we spent the day enjoying the snow and staying in pajamas!

A fun donut run one morning with mama.:)

Valentine's at Bob's Steakhouse with our small group...
Celebrating Daddy's birthday with BBQ...

And more snow...

Carnival Day at preschool...
FaceTime with Aunt Amber in Cabo...Katherine thought is was pretty cool...
And then more snow...and ice...

and snow ice cream...:)

We ended the month of February with our Embryo Transfer Day anniversary pictures.  It's so special to see how much they've changed in three years.:)

We had such a blessed start to our new year!  It is amazing how much Katherine and Kaden have changed these past few months.  I walked in their playroom one day to find Kaden changing Katherine's diaper, and then it was only a matter of weeks before they both started occasionally using their kid toilets. On Feb. 18, they both decided to use the potty together.  We will probably wait until after we do our big California trip to potty train, but they are definitely ready!  And the words they are using...my goodness! Katherine speaks in sentences almost all the time and Kaden has started putting several words together.  It amazes me how they figure out how to use personal pronouns correctly and it is unbelievable how much their vocabulary truly grows daily!
